Designed with sustainability in mind
We achieve this by using particularly thin-walled columns and bottles. In this way we reduce the use of plastic and thus the amount of waste in the laboratory. In addition, all components of the packaging are made of recycled material.
Unique Column Design

The Monarch Spin PCR & DNA Cleanup Kit (5 μg) effectively cleans up oligonucleotide DNA.
Synthesized ssDNA (≥ 16 nt) and dsDNA (≥12 bp) oligonucleotides were purified following the oligonucleotide cleanup protocol using 1 μg of oligonucleotides of varying lengths (8–25 nt/bp). DNA was eluted in 20 μl of Monarch Buffer EY. Concentrations of DNA were measured, and percent recovery calculations are based on the eluted DNA concentration and elution volume used. The minimum sized ss- and ds- oligonucleotides that can be used are marked with a star (*).
